I received a room upgrade to the Presidential Suite. It was quite spacious. The sea view was also very nice. Breakfast included much variety and the food tasted good.

The receptionist was a bit rude. There weren't enough umbrellas by the pool. I couldn't swim in the sea.

The hotel is right in front of the beach. I spent longer time on the beach side because of this convenience. Access to the beach was well maintained, a great bonus.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests! I was provided packed breakfast to take away at 5:30 am. The staff were attentive and quick to serve, and I appreciate that.

I appreciated the excellent food, especially the lovely kitchen staff. The food was really good! the pool was nice too and i spent some time there. the staff's friendliness stood out, from the manager to the lowest grade, and i seemed like part of a little village during my two-week stay.

the wi-fi was a little slow, it could use an upgrade.

The hotel is very close to a clean, peaceful beach. i found this proximity super convenient. the hotel's surroundings are generally calm and quiet offering a relaxing escape. It's really nice.

the pool facing suite had good air conditioning and a comfortable bed, i slept well there. the room also included a digital safe for securing valuables , this was a very good detail! cleanliness was also great.
